Cancellation Policy
A card on file is required to book all appointments.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Each client is offered one one-time exception for late cancellations made under 24 hours, as we understand things can happen. This exception does NOT apply to no-shows. Once the exception has been used, any cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, depending on the day.
